Starting or Joining a Formation Team

Our foundational training, the Ozanam Orientation, is presented by a trained team consisting of Formators and Presenters.  The West Region Formation Committee helps Councils start their own formation teams, and provides training.  

Interested in learning to present the Ozanam Orientation?  Ask your Council president to put you in touch with the formation team in your Council.  Established formation teams usually provide the initial training for new team members. 

No formation team in your Council?  Contact a member of the West Region Formation Committee.   We would love to hear from you!   We can help a new team get started, even if there's only one interested person today.
