Starting or Joining a Formation Team

Our foundational training, the Ozanam Orientation, is presented by a trained team consisting of Formators and Presenters.  The West Region Formation Committee helps Councils start their own formation teams, and provides train-the-trainer for Formators and Presenters.

Wondering what it would be like to teach the Ozanam Orientation?  Feel free to browse our Formator and Presenter Training materials to get a general idea.   If you decide you are interested:

• Ask your Council president to put you in touch with the formation team in your Council.   

• OR contact a member of the West Region Formation Committee to inquire about train-the-trainer.  We would love to hear from you!   

If your Council doesn't have its own formation team, the West Region Formation Committee is happy to help you get one started.
