Formation Resources

Vincentian Formation is the ongoing process of growing and developing in the tradition, charism, and spirituality of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.  Vincentian formation means being shaped through the Holy Spirit, for and by our Vincentian work, into useful vessels God needs for the poor.

• Formation and Your Council: for Council leadership

• Starting or Joining a Formation Team:  for those interested in teaching the Ozanam Orientation

• Retreats and Spirituality Resources:  for spiritual advisors and Council formation committees 

• Resources for Formators: Presentations for recruiting drives and other situations where the full Ozanam Orientation isn't appropriate.

• Formator and Presenter Training:  for people who are currently enrolled in the WR train-the-trainer program

• Officer Training:  for Councils who are offering officer training
